When you have a loved one, friend or family suffering from anxiety and/or depression or some other emotional or mental disorder it is natural to want to help them.

When you are not suffering from the same disorder yourself, it is often easier to see clearly how you can help and being a caring person you do everything you can to help.

However, it can be incredibly frustrating when the person you are trying desperately to help does not do or wont do what you suggest and they end up pushing you away and sadly people give up out of frustration.

Don’t give up, there are things you can to do help someone, but it might not be what you think it is.
