Many dieters go through the same cycle all their life – 1. Get in control and go on a diet. 2. Be good for a while, eating healthily and lose weight 3. Lose control one day and eat something ‘naughty’ 4. Completely lose control, go back to old eating habits and put on more weight than before. You can break this cycle, but you need to understand why it happens and then what you need to do to prevent it.
