Anxiety can be caused by how people treat you. You can’t change other people – or can you.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, its true that you can’t change other people, but you can change how people treat you by changing yourself or how you are acting and this will automatically change the reaction of people around you. It doesn’t mean trying to be someone you’re not, but we all find benefits in tweaking how we are dealing with things from time to time.
Change begin with taking control of yourself and doing something different. If you do the same things over and over again, you will get the same results, so if you want something to be different in your life, you need to be prepared to change something you are doing.
