The workshop starts at 1.30pm and finishes at 4.30pm at the same venue.
During the afternoon we are going to delve further into some of the problems we experience, you will discover how the subconscious mind can inadvertently override your conscious desires and react in ways that are not helpful for you. You will also learn and practice exercises and techniques to help retrain you mind at a subconscious level so it is no longer working against you. For example:-
Why are some people so tricky to get on with, constantly cause us upset or anger and why do we lack confidence in certain situations. Why does one person develop particularly symptoms such as Anxiety or physical ailments like IBS or headaches but then someone else will react in a completely different way and develop OCD, eating disorders or display anger.
Conscious vs Subconscious
How you might be unaware of internal conflicts coming from your subconscious (or unconscious) mind which is causing you problems and what you can do to identify and change them.
Change – What, How, Why and When.
Something needs to change, but what? How do you make those changes, why is it so necessary to do so and when is the best time to do it.
We will finish with a group hypnosis session to access the subconscious mind which will help you achieve the intentions you have set for yourself during the afternoon workshop. The hypnosis session is just a lovely relaxation experience, you will not be required or expected to do or say anything and you will be completely safe to drive afterwards. However, if anyone does not feel 100% comfortable about taking part, you are welcome to opt out; this bit is not compulsory.
