To get maximum benefit, press play when you are in bed at night and ready to go to sleep.
You can also just take some time out in your day, or if you need to stop because you are particularly stressed or anxious and sit quietly somewhere comfortable, where you’re not likely to be disturbed, then sit back, close your eyes and simply relax for 25 mins.
Don’t worry about concentrating on listening to every word, just let it play in the background – you might light to start following the relaxation routine, but if your mind does wander off to think of other things, this is actually fairly normal.
But please don’t listen to it whilst driving or operating heaving machinery.
