Week 5 – Part 1, Dealing With Other People

On a pad or piece of paper or on your computer, whatever is most comfortable for you, write about areas of your life that you would like to see change in dealing with other people. You can be specific or general, but it is important to phrase it in a positive way, for example, ‘I want to learn how to say ‘No’ when I want to so I have more time for myself ‘or ‘I am going to make changes at work so I can leave earlier’ or ‘I’m going to find a different way of dealing with my Mother In Law’.
Spend about 20 minutes on this and come up with as many positive changes as you can.
