Week 6 – What’s Been Good This Week?
Perhaps this is getting easier now? It is due to the practice you’ve been doing and the effort you’ve made to recall the positive things that it is and the fact that it’s getting easier is your evidence that you are building new neural pathways in your mind.
As usual, I’m looking forward to hearing what’s happened, all the good things, positive changes you’ve noticed and perhaps things other people have said to you that have been positive. It doesn’t matter how big or small it seems, let me know about it.
