Before we begin I would like you to think about what you want to get out of the course.
This is about you and what would you like to achieve and change?
Try to phrase what you would like to achieve in positive terms, it will be more helpful for you. For example, it is better to write “I would like to be more motivated and enthusiastic about life” than something like “I don’t want to feel tired all the time”. You will understand exactly why later in the course, but lets start the process now.
