Happiness Scale – Week 6

Before you go on to the relaxation part of the course today, you need to two more things.

1. Rate yourself on the ‘happiness scale’.  This your scale, you can rename it to something like contentment scale if you like, but it’s important to remember that this is your sale and how you perceive it is up to you, there is no right or wrong.

Just click in the circle next to the number below the best represents how you feel today (or right now).

2. Then you need to set yourself an intention for the week.  Make this something small and achievable.  No one is going to judge you, it just needs to be something that you would be pleased about if you did it.   Finally, assign yourself a date and time when you’re going to do it.   Do not put ‘when I feel like it’, that is not acceptable, there is no positive intention in that and you are putting feelings before intention which is like putting the cart before the horse.  Again, this will be explained in much more detail as you go through the course.
