Instructions for using self hypnosis Tracks
- Listen to the instructions for self hypnosis tracks first.
- Your hypnotherapist will have given you some guidance of which track will be most suitable to start with, for maximum effect you should listen to this every night when you are ready to sleep.
- In addition the Mindful Meditation track is very beneficial for anxiety and depression disorders. This is an alert listening practice that is best done in the morning.
- Each track has a link underneath it, to download to your local device, click this link. If you use an iPhone you will need to download it to a laptop or computer first as the iOS software prevents direct download. If you only have an iPhone ask your therapist to send you the file directly.
