Week 4 – What’s Been Good This Week?

An important part of the course every week is to recall all the good things that have happened, positive changes you’ve noticed and perhaps things other people have said to you that have been positive.  It doesn’t matter how big or small it seems, let me know about it.

This exercise in particular will help retrain the neural pathways in your mind.

If you run out of room, you can always email me separately to tell me about something good that’s happened, I’m always excited to hear about it.
